False information provided

<p>Firstly: Ordered and paid for a product that needed to be ordered from a supplier, took takealot a whole week to let me know that they can't get the stock form their supplier, that shouldn't take a week.</p> <p>Secondly: Recieved an email two days ago stating i have an item ready for collection and that collection times for week days are 8:30 - 20:00. Got to the Cape Town warehouse at 18:25 to be told by the security guard that takealot's times have changed to 18:00. I wasted my time and petrol doing a detour to pick up my item on the way home from work. Takealot, takealot of my time that is.</p>
