False information on delivery times

<p>I recently placed an order online at takealot.com. the website showed delivery time is between 3-5 days. but after doing the payment and placing the order i received a date of 9 days before delivery. I do understand that there might sometimes be an issue, but atleast let the custommer know about it. Also there is absolutely no contact details for this company on their website. so lets say I urgently need to contact them, what do I do because there is no phone number, nor email. contacct form or any similar thing. they only have a FAQ section which I suppose should answer all the questions. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Well so much for an online shopping experience.</p> <p> </p>
