False information and advertising

I ordered and paid for an item. During this whole process it said item in stock and to be delivered on wednesday 8 nov. On the 7th i receive a mail that informed me the item was never in stock and is now held up at customs. I have now launched severel service request with them and asked 5 times to speak to a manager and yet to date not 1 phone call from a manager. They dont care that i have paid them R6000 and i as the customer are the only one being ignored. Dont ever buy from them.
