False expectations

Hi TA,<br> <br> This is the 2nd time I'm laying a complaint with your courier services Mr. Delivery.<br> Yesterday a package was supposed to be delivered to me, an SMS was even sent to confirm that I will receive my parcel by 5pm.<br> <br> Bear in mind that I finish work at 15:30 so I decided to be patient and wait. At 4pm I called the contact centre and spoke to a gent named Jason who confirmed deliver was still en route and if I'd be patient enough to wait until 5. I said that's fine.<br> <br> I finally decided to leave work at 5:45, empty handed, frustrated and left to battle with traffic I'm not used to!!!<br> No courtesy call or at least an SMS to say that \Sorry we can't deliver today, maybe tomorrow or something like that\" instead of having to wait like an idiot.<br> <br> Now this morning I received another SMS stating I'll receive my package by 5pm today. Whilst I'm sure I'll get it today this experience has left me with a VERY bad experience!<br> <br> I've had good experiences with takealot before but now this being the 2nd experience, where I've been left to wait like an idiot, is not welcomed.
