False ebucks promotion + poor customer service

I received a promotion by email "Big FNB day" where you offered 15% payback in ebucks. I placed the order. When I later checked my ebucks statement it was 0.5% payback. Another **** advertising from Takealot? I needed some explanation and asked your customer support. Razinah Petersen answered with a formal reply - requested my evidences. I guess it was done to close the ticket on your system. Because after I sent all information your company didn't come back to me. Followed up - zero response. It's not a first time your agents playing that game. Check your system, how many tickets were closed that way? Thousands? What about a payback? There's a small difference between 15% and 0.5%. Teach your customers how we should understand those numbers. What about FNB, is your partner going to keep its business and put their reputation in risk because of your poor customer support?
