FALSE DELVERY DATE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!

Done a purchase for a order 9th April all was fine in 5 to 7 working days for delivery. Delivery date was for the 20th of April. a few days before delivery got refunded for the one item as there was no stock available. One day before the delivery date they changed the delivery date to the 25th of April for no reason at all??? I am leaving for London the night of the 20th as this was the date for delivery. What a bunch of ******s these lot are this is not the way to run a Company and treat Customers!? Phoned them and even their Consultants is to no prevail. So no Customer Service there at all!!!! This Company calling themselves Takealot need to get their house in order and START looking after their CUSTOMERS and stand by what they print by SALES and the DELIVERY DAT!!!???? You are a useless bunch and need to be CLOSED!!!!!!
