False delivery date

I ordered a bag for my child and the item was marked as "in stock" The estimated delivery date was 12 April. When I go in to track my order today it has changed to 19th without any explanation. This has happened before. My child is on desperate need of this bag and had I known the true delivery date I would have rather sourced it locally.
