False delivery attempt

I ordered 2 items .They were scheduled for 3rd September. They changed. I understood. Then today they said I'll get my parcel on 4th September. Just after 4 pm I get an sms saying that they tried calling me nd i ddnt answer. I never received any call. That was a false delivery attempt. I am extremely disappointed with your service. My parcel was not delivered, yet your team had the audacity to lie and claim that you “tried calling me.” This is completely unacceptable. I received no call, no missed call, and no SMS from your driver or your team.

This kind of dishonesty is not only unprofessional but also highly frustrating to a paying customer who trusted your service. I demand an immediate explanation as to why my parcel was not delivered as promised, and why false information was given about a delivery attempt.

I expect urgent feedback and for my parcel to be delivered without any further excuses or delays. If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this matter
