False calls regarding takelot deliveries/ Rude delivery person

I received a call from takealot to say they were outside my premises. When i called my wife to alert her she went ahead and opened the gate and after a few moments decided to take a walk outside to check where the delivery guy was and he wasn't there. This is not the first time this has happened either, previously the delivery guy was abrupt and rude regarding deliveries. i find this appalling and it makes my shopping experience with takealot horrible. Takealot shape up regarding your deliveries as we don't need to be harassed each time we have to receive packages from takelot
