False adverti*****ts, lack of responsibility & delayed delivery

Takealot really needs to improve. I ordered only items that shows "Eligible for Next day delivery" and all had "stock in Cape Town". I am still waiting for the confirmation that I can collect my orders. False adverti*****ts and lack of responsibility. I tried to emailed them several times and asked them to escalate to a manager, asking 3 times for a manager to call me but they just ignored me.
