FALSE ADVERTI*****T WANT THE DIFFERENCE OR DELIVER WHAT IS OUTSTANDING

On the 26th of February I ordered a hot comb costing R590 so I was suppose to get a hot comb and two wig caps but to my surprise I only got a straightener don't know if it's false adverti*****t and if it is can I get the difference back as the hot comb is from R399 bought the R590 one cause of the wig caps my order number ***0 collected the parcel at the Soweto pick up point found the Mannequin and a Hot Comb but no wig caps can they be delivered otlr sent to my nearest pick up point or the difference back.
