False adverti*****t from Takealot.com

I ordered a patio table and chairs recently online from Takealot with a 30 days return policy according to the adverti*****t. upon opening the box after delivery I discover that the table was incomplete. Did phone the company and according to them they does not have any stock left and also dont know when stock will arrive again. They logged a return with refund. The set was collected and returned to the warehouse pending refund. According to them they received the item back from me incomplete (same reason as why I returned it) and after 7 days, while the adverti*****t stipulated clearly 30 days return. Did sent them several e-mails and did phone them numerous times, but they still declined my return and refund. People must be very careful when buying any item from Takealot, as what you see on the adverti*****t and what you get it totally opposites. I will never ever support them again in my life. Rather pay more and know what you get.
