False adverti*****t (Delay in delivery)

I have being using Takealot for a while now and as advised they always delivers within 7 days but this time around my Order is more than 7 days and still not delivered. When I track the order it is still not shipped and expected to be delivered 10 days later. This is a disappointing to me because I Travel alot and on that date I won't be around. What a disappointment
