False adverti*****t and then not willing to allow return

Partner recently bought Lipton Earl grey tea as advertised on Takealot website as this are no longer available. BIG surprise when delivery came and a total different Lipton Earl grey tea were delivered than advertised. Here comes tha catch - No refund non returnable were the excuse when we requested a return. Cannot belive that even Takealot have resorted to false advertising.
