False adverti*****t and poor service

I made an order for a TV(media), around the 28th of July. It was delivered by the 4th. Only to find that it wasn't exactly as described in the ad I returned it for an exchange for the 2nd one. It was also not doing what they had written that it could. I returned it, as well for a better and higher cost one.
