FALSE ADVERTISING...SERVICE A DISAPPOINTMENT

We order a smart box a few times from Takealot. There is always an issue and is returned and we ask for a replacement . Account will be credited and we are advise there is no stock. We bought a few product last week and a smart box again. 16g 256gb box. Takealot sent a 8g 128gb box and we returned it and asked for a replacement. once again we are advised there is no stock and was credited less the discount. Once again item appears online and we advised the consultant we want a replacement item we paid for . Call Centre advise it was escalated No feed back from Takealot or replacement. We were further advised we must reorder because item was returned instead of being replaced.
