False advertising, wrong goods

Takealot has lowered their standard. They falsely advertise goods . I returned it to them as it's the wrong size. They say it's been refunded but more than 2 weeks and I recieved nothing. Now I'm told there is no guarantee on the item, yet I returned it 5 minutes after recieving it. They send me emails all lies and unprofessional. Terrible service.
