False advertising with R200 visa voucher

**** advertising- R200 voucher for using your Visa card with a purchase. I purchased goods- then had to phone multiple times to enquire about the voucher. Eventually a voucher was sent. This voucher expires at the end of the month. I am now ready to place another order but now the voucher is “not active”. I phoned takealot yet again and someone escalated the problem to their coupons/vouchers department- that was two days ago. Phoned today again and they said they would escalate the matter... guess what? Still nothing. I think they want me to just give up or are waiting till month end comes so they can say the promotion is no longer active
