False advertising tvbox

False advertising.Bought 2 TV boxes advertised as being DStv now compatible.Retuned one at them drop off centre .Phoned the call Centre they don't take any responsibility that the product is a Fong Kong uncertified google product but we paying R1300 thinking it works.They now say it takes 10 days to replace or get a refund a d don't take responsibility for anything ! Not a very professional company
