False Advertising Takealot

i purchased an item with false advertising on it, i had to wait atleast a week for it to be delivered to me, when i requested a return the it was collected within a day, and then i was informed that i will need to wait a further 2 to 3 days for my refund, i have also requested for a manager to call me back and i am still waiting, takealot should not advertise products like this
