False Advertising -Smile Guarantee is just a farce - No Smile here

No Smile for this customer. I bought a smart scale by Takealot, this was advertised as a smart scale and with a cable. So it doesn't have batteries. You charge it like a phone. I was thrilled because it was exceptionally well priced.

Low and behold, it was delivered and it was not the product I ordered. It came with batteries and for the life of me I couldn't find the app. So I returned it and they confirmed that the mistake was at the warehouse and they will dispatch the correct item when the previous one is received.

They delivered the new item, when I checked it was EXACTLYTHE SAME as the previous product.

They then advised me that the product is no longer in stock. Yet they never delivered the item that I paid for..... When I click on the same link on my order for this product, it still says in stock on their website.

So either they are ******** customers, or they are lying to me.

Each time I tell them I want the product as advertised, not a refund, I get the same copy and paste response over and over and over and over and over again. They do not read and respond to emails, they scan the email and just send whatever generic response they think will satisfy you. If there was only 1 mail sent to a customer that might work.

They wasted my time and money and this is not the first time I have had a similar experience with them. I want a replacement of the product. If they cannot give me the same thing they are STILL falsely advertising, they must give me something similar to the product they currently have on their website that is being FALSLY ADVERTISED.
