False advertising- second hand goods
Just went to pick up my wheel spanned wrench. It was advertised with two sockets (17 and 19) The unit they wanted me to take was second hand and had no sockets. The counter clerk said it doesn’t come with sockets, I disputed this and showed him his own website where is very clear that it comes with sockets. They said they have no stock, will have to reorder from their supplier. I asked whether they would deliver it when it arrives “ sorry we don’t do that “ Customer service sucks !!

I still had to go and fetch it at their warehouse though. I think they should have delivered it so as to not inconvenience me again.
