False Advertising & Poor Customer Service

I ordered an advertised bundle deal with a LG G7 phone together with a LG wireless headset.

Package was received with the headset missing. After querying, they informed me that there was no stock of the bundle that was advertised.

I then requested an account credit for the value of the missing item. After many weeks, I still have no response.
