False Advertising, Pathetic to no service.

I placed an order on takealot and a specific item (diapers) were being advertised at 24% off when purchased on the app. I proceeded along with other items and when it came to the checkout section, I paid and order was placed. Only to see that instead of charging me R379 per box (keep in mind I ordered 3 boxes) they charged me R499. I have been trying to get this resolved in so many ways, yet nothing has been done. Im ranting about this, because as a parent we try to save wherever we can and it was a supposedly big saving. Nevertheless, takealot has not been helpful in any way and the issue is still not resolved. Im extremely ****ed off and disgusted.
