False advertising & order cancelled, No alternative!

<p>Saw a product on the site. All looks normal.</p> <p>No indication to say out of stock OR cannot source from supplier.</p> <p>Placed an order and paid same day. </p> <p>Next day I recieve a mail saying the item cannot be sourced from supplier and that my order was cancelled and a store credit was issued.</p> <p>No attempt to compensate for the product. No attempt to find/source a replacement product. No admitting the fault lies with them and offer alternatives as solutions. </p> <p>Takealot just takes my money and decides at their whim what to do with it.</p> <p>Extremely dissapointed and mislead. Terrible service for an issue that does not lie with the customer.</p>
