False advertising once again
False advertising once again. I bought a product at an advertised price. All of a sudden there is no stock of the product but when you go online it is still available but at a much higher price. This is not the first time this happens and I think it's absolutely unacceptable. I demand the products that I ordered at the specific price that it was advertised. If not, maybe I should talk to the ombudsman as it seems like this is a habit of takealot.

16 Feb 2022, 18:53Just to make this complaint clear on something I forgot to mention. So I received an email to say the order has been canceled from Takealot as the product is no longer available. So why immediately after I received the email is the product available then at a much higher price?! Like I say, this is not the first time. I demand to receive my orders as I paid for it. Now they credit my Takealot account!? As if I would be ordering anything from a place that misleads and lie to their customers like this.
