False advertising of product details

<p>i ordered 2 slik 350 monopods from takealot. on their website the description reads can carry up to 3kg when i recieved the items the instructions pamflet read can carry not more than 1.5kg. i phoned them and send pictures last week thursday, they will follow up with supplier it is a week now. then they said they will collect the items on Monday, i arranged for Tuesday that never happened so let's see when they pitch up, in mean time i have to wait for them to do their job before i can get my money back for their misleading product description.</p> <p> </p>
