FALSE ADVERTISING OF PRODUCT

Return Request MRRN-9Z98N-X79V *** The advert reflected 3 x underwear of a certain size. When I received the product there were 3 different sizes - not what I ordered. I returned the goods and Takealot sent it back to Mr without clearly stating the reason- simply a multiple choice of reasons - none of which app**** to the reason for my return. After 2 more emails querying this, I am none the wiser and out of pocket.
