False advertising, not honoring sale

I checked the website for a specific product. I emailed the company to check it is correct. Receiced a confirmation email the product as described on the website is correct. I went ahead, ordered, paid. Receiced note to pick up the order at the C Town warehouse. It was the exact opposite as advertised and confirmed. I did not accept the order and immediately reported the problem.. to ome faceless person online. My question of why they do not honor their commitment on my order... I am still waiting.. get emails for returns and refunds and and.. The law states clearly - if you advertise product and a consumer buys is, you are obligated to honor the agreement. This is pathetic to say the least. .
