false advertising....not first time something wasnt honoured..

<p>order no ********** ....i have ordered 6 tomtom runner 2 cardio + bluetooth headphones on takelot. i recieved 6 watches and a few days later 1 bluetooth headphones..... what happened to the rest? i called and spoke to Tabisa....trying to explain to her the situation for 10 minutes. im really not sure what is so hard to understand by that???!!!!!! i asked to speak to someone else with a reply that noone else is availbale, i asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and was told there are none. a few minutes later she tells me i can call back to speak to a manager. she also tells me i must log a return and return all the watches and they will look into it. im sure takalot will not give it to me at the same price. a few days ago i had a watch for my son in checkout and for some reason it didnt allow me to pay. when quering it the next day they told me i had to pay double the price as they cannot honour that price. so what gaurantee is there i will get it at the same price if i return these. i also also purchased a tom tom runner 2 cardio that said built in heart rate monitor. upon recieving the heart rate monitor was not built in. they then changed the description when notified about this. ....takalot service is becoming really pathetic</p>
