False Advertising - No way to take on the *****ulent supplier!!

Bought item from Takealot and Paid extra to have it delivered the next day (in time for Mothers day), the description on the item states: "What's in the box 1 x Necklace 1 x Delicate gift box", I only received the Necklace and cannot return it as the item is now listed as much cheaper and 'Supplier Out of Stock'. There is no way to let Takealot know about the false advertising and you cannot warn other people as Takealot rejects my review. To return it is not an option as I will not have the correct item in time for mothers day, Takealot should have a way of letting them know so they can address the *****ulent suppliers!!!!
