False advertising? No feedback on query logged...

I've been looking for a car diagnostics tool and came across OBDeleven, after alot of research I decided to purchase and found that takelaot had it as an offering. The reason I purchased it through takealot was due to the fact that they have it advertised as the "Pro version" and I can quote the description from the ad as "Check out all the great features of this pro version listed below."

I received my order on Saturday but did not find the Pro Activation Code in the box or on the box of the OBDeleven device (which after researching on forums say it will be inside he box the device comes in). I logged the query on Saturday to which Ronaldo Cloete responded and said he will get in touch with the product queries department and get in touch. I responded to that email yesterday morning asking how long this process will take and when I can expect feedback as the fact that I did not get an activation code the functionality of the device is limited and having to now purchase the Pro Activation License will cost me an additional R434 - no response since then.

Why are you falsely advertising the product as the Pro version if its not?
