False Advertising, Misleading Customers, Poor customer service

I am extremely dissatisfied with the fact that TakeALot and FIND OUT MORE is not prepared to exchange or refund the LED GU10 bulbs that I purchased less than a year ago. I purchased these LED’s more than 6 months ago (they were actually purchased 8 months ago), however (as per the link below, and the description on your TakeALot page) these LED’s were featured as having a lifetime of 25.000 hours which is more than 3 years. So if you calculate it back, 25.000 hours is roughly equivalent to 3 years of continuous usage if you leave these lights on all the time non-stop. However, since nobody has lights on during the day, we could at least half the amount of time these LEDs were on and in effect double the lifetime to 6 years (half day usage as they were only switched on at night). So the fact that already 7 of the 15 LED’s that I purchased from TakeALot 8 months ago have already blown, I believe I have a consumer’s right to complain and ask for some form of compensation, especially since my initial purchased decision was based on the fact that these LED’s had an advertised lifetime of 25.000 hours as shown in the link below. I did a lot of research on LED’s and finally settled on these from your website due to this false information. I expect TakeALot or their supplier to stick to their advertised word and honour what was advertised. The least they could do is send me another 7 LED’s for the ones that have blown, that is reasonable.
