False Advertising - Goods don't match picture or description

<p>Their website advertised as follows: "Popsockets Cell Phone Accessory and Stand - Popclip" together with a picture showing both items (and we have a screenshot to prove it!)</p> <p>When the item was delivered all that was included was the accessory without the stand.</p> <p>My daughter then wrote to Takealot and received a response from Sherry-Lee Davids that said: "Please be advised that the actual popsockets are sold separately on the website. We are unable to provide you with both items"</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm really disappointed as the picture and description are completely misleading, especailly as up till now our experience with Takealot has been positive.</p>
