False Advertising for “Guaranteed Next Dat Delivery”

Very bad experience with an order.

I have made a purchase on Friday 31 May 2024, and received the option for “Guaranteed Next Day Delivery” on Saturday 1 June.

My invoice stated “Guaranteed Weekend - Saturday”

The item I order was available in stock and in the area I am located in.

On Saturday the tracking service on the app stated “ will be delivered before 19:00”

No delivery occurred for Saturday 1 June.

The next day Sunday 2 June.

On Sunday the tracking service on the app stated “ will be delivered before 17:00”

Well guess what, no delivery.

On Monday 3 June I have spoken to 3 Agents.

I still have not received feedback regarding my parcel.

The only feedback I received was that they are trying to locate my parcel.

This is ridiculous!!

False advertising with their so called “Next day Delivery”

It would’ve been a different story If I received the item 1 day later but 3 days going into 4 days with no clear communication!

Very disappointing Takealot!
