False Advertising for broken goods and VERY BAD SERVICE

I bought a tablet for my daughter in July for remote Learning.Kindle Fire 7" 16GB Kids Edition Tablet.In less than a month it broke screen became blank. Since July I have been trying to get it fixed as their promise to fix it is what attracted me to buy it,"Guarantee - 1-year worry-free guarantee: if they break it, return it and we'll replace it for free. No questions asked." These are the agents that I have spoken too:Xola Zonke,Thobela Nkwali,"Autumn George and nothing has been resolved or said. I am very disgusted by all their service or lack off.Never ever buying anything from this place.
