<p>False Advertising & Failure to Grant Advertised Price</p> <p> </p> <p>TakeAlot advertised the DSTV Explora in their mails they send out at R1199 saying there's an R800 save from original price. Clearly stating that deal end 22nd of May or while stocks last.</p> <p>When you click on the link it take you to their site, to the products page and here they have the price at R1499 saying 25% save. </p> <p>I enquired by calling them and then spoke to a girl named Melissa who said she would contact her Products department and get back to me but alas never did get back to me.</p> <p>I contacted TakeAlot via social media and then they claimed there was no stock left.</p> <p>I clearly showed them they lying because if you choose the R1499 DSTV Explora they clearly state that the item is in stock.</p> <p>Then they apologized and said they do have stock but have to go back to their Buyer regarding the price although they advertised the price of R1199. </p> <p>This is a total lie from TakeAlot showing disregard for customers with their False Advertising campaign to get customers to come to their site and then don't grant prices which were advertised and then clearly lying that stock wasn't available to avoid granting the advertised price.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please let me know to whom I can lay further complaints regarding this matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p>
