False advertising

Takealot advertise products online eg 6 litre airfryer, when you open the box it is more a 3 litre and I paid COD, they give you the option of receiving your money back the same way you paid, cash, the item was collected this morning but no cash was paid back to me how do I know they are going to refund me, I did not get any proof that the item was collected. So we have false advertising and refund options when using takealot.
