False advertising

Takealot advertised an item for R399 on Black Friday special but everytime one tries to make payment the amount goes up to the original price of R569. Reported the matter to them and a Liam was assisting but firstly took forever to respond then did nothing at the end. I sent them pictures of what I’m dealing and still no assistance. I have missed out buying this item on other places whilst it was on special. Takealot has really disappointed me and I have been a good client for years.
