False Advertising

For the second time I ordered a cable rechargeable wine opener, in both occasions they sent a battery operated one. I chose an option for them to replace the item as I still want it, they collected but changed my outcome to credit my account which I never requested. Calling them is a nightmare no one answers, you will just waste time and airtime.
