False advertising- Direct infringement of my consumer rights!

What a disgrace. Takealot continue to deliver poor service (well at this point they aren’t delivering anything) I was GUARANTEED delivery of my order on Saturday 18/03/23 before 5pm. I received an sms stating that the driver could not get a hold of me which is a blatant lie. No attempt was made to contact me!

I have yet to receive feedback with regards to where my order is at this point or when delivery would be made!

I will be laying a formal complaint with the consumer protector.
