False advertising depicting *****ulent behaviour

Order cancelled 3 times. First time wrong product delivered, 2nd time Takealot stated order cancelled in error, 3rd time, it was supplier failed to provide sufficient stock. The product was due to be delivered in 10 days time only to wait for the delivery day to cancel the order. Why is the ad still up if the product is not in stock. This smirks of false advertising depicting *****ulent behaviour as well.
