False Advertising & Damaged Goods

I purchased a glass screen protector that came with a stylus and sticker guides etc. Received the screen protector in a thin cardboard cover without the stylus (apparently none left), no sticker guide enclosed as advertised and the glass screen was cracked. Waste of money and first review was removed. Takealot quality and service has seriously dropped as their response is simply “oh, it’s a supplier error”. They take no responsibility and the product is still up on their site despite the fact that there are no stylus’ left. I wrote a review to tell people not to buy it as they won’t receive the stylus and that the screen was cracked but the review was removed and the product offer still remains on the website. Very disappointing
