False advertising

I ordered the luge smart watch which was in stick at the time of my order a d I received the order yesterday, but the rubber bands were missing, when I call the call center of takealot the agent tells me the item is out of order... I mean this is not a new order so whag does it have to with me that the item is now out of order

And I have to pay the full price for missing items

You guys lie about what u advertise to ur customers

When i ordered this item it was in stock so why didnt I get my full order????
