False advertising

I purchased the Premium Plan on takealot.com and purchased an item on from them and also select next day delivery, but once i purchased the item it gave me a date for the 3rd of November. I contacted customer service, and they informed me that I selected the standard delivery which after a long discussion and investigation they could not understand what happen. they informed me that they will send an email to their warehouse. so, the closing of business they updated its on its way to the courier. This morning i checked and its status say it not yet shipped. Contacted them again and had the same problem as yesterday. Its false advertising and they need to train their staff on their product's poor execution. I am considering cancelling my Premium Plan and place of shopping. Their quality does not meet the name Takealot.
