False Advertising

I recently purchased Tretinoin A cream from Takealot.there was a special on so I purchased ×2 paying R610. I waited an entire month for my order to get to me and when it arrives all I get is 2 pamphlets 15 page booklets on how to use the cream and no cream in booklets I have contacted take alot in Regards to a refund and they are refusing to give me a refund! I want a refund as this is false advertising! I can never pay R610 for 2 pamphlets booklets...!!!
