False advertising

On two occasions I have ordered something that contains more than one item in the pack and when delivered it only contained one item. After communication with them they will say the items need to be logged for a return and they will inspect it. When requested feedback they will only say that the items are not in stock anymore and close the request for return as resolved . In my opinion this is false advertising and they don't even accept responsibility or apologise for it. They even keep the item on the website for other people to buy and have the same problem.
