False advertising by third party seller

<p>I puchased a chrome toilet roll holder from Takealot, sold by a Sky-Deals. Indicated price is R150, special price is R109. Prodcut description sates: Pack 2. I only received one. Also on Takealot, there is a bulk 2x pack of the same holder using the same image for R155 sold by Albatross Wholesale. This one's description: Bulk Pack 2 x.</p> <p><br />I contacted Tariq Mohamed and told him about that I receieved 1, instead of 2. They changed the description (and I have screenshot of the original description) and said I should return my product and buy the more expensive one. I insisted that since the description stated "Pack 2", I am entitled to two units. Tariq escalted this to Dean Boer, who said the description is simply lacking an 's', as in Packs 2. I told him that this simply isnt acceptable, since it is just a likely that it is missing an x, as in "pack 2x". Deon insists that I did not read and understand the product details and that I should return the product. </p> <p> </p> <p>If the picture matches, prices are in the same range and both descriptions contains "pack 2", who is this not false advertising? Tariq told me that as part of the third party agreement, that they should fill in the product info completely, and in this case it was not.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a result, I should now pay the extra R46 more, and extra shipping since the item is below the R450 required for free shipping, which I refuse to do.</p>
