False advertising , breach of contract , terrible customer service

At 7.12 today I concluded a transaction with you of which I chose same day guaranteed delivery . I paid 120.00 for this, only to be told at 14.42 that there’s no driver to deliver . Takealot breached their contract of sale as they falsely advertised same day delivery yet couldn’t fulfill their contract of sale.

I then called the call center where the manager Monique Brandt and the call center agent were extremely unhelpful . The order was only cancelled due to takealot not fulfilling their end . Furthermore the manager made me feel as though I was at fault and I was wrong when the call center agent did not inform me that the refund would not be immediate . I apologize for swearing once but how can this manager tell me it’s he said , she said when I did nothing wrong .

I will never ever purchase from takealot again . The only person suffering and sustaining loss is me.
