False Advertising - Blatant bait and Switch tactics

Let me just preface this by saying that i have been a loyal and happy customer for the last 5 years and never had a problem.

Placing my most recent order "#***5" And speaking with Tashriq Blankenberg.

Not only were they suddenly out of stock on a product that showed clearly as in stock. They also incorrectly advertised a product as a bulk pack, only to find out that it is actually sold as single items.

They have offered no solutions what so ever, apart from admitting their mistake. They did not honor the product placement on their website, nor did they offer any constructive solutions.

I guess what started off as a brilliant business, has gone the route of not only the false advertising of products, but also the disregard for any customer issues that occur due to negligence on their part.
